She has a successful track record working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, along with small businesses, and entrepreneurs. Michelle's expertise is synonymous with pioneering cutting-edge strategies in people development and client relationships, consistently delivering record-breaking improvements in revenue. As the managing partner of Belle Growth Partners, a performance coaching firm, Michelle specializes in empowering leaders in the banking industry to unlock untapped potential within their workspaces, client base, operating channels, and markets. This drive sets new industry standards in performance, growth, and profitability.

Michelle believes leadership starts by leading yourself first. She founded The Female Roundtable in 2020, a communication platform supporting women in the workforce. The Female Roundtable delivers various tools and resources supporting women at work and now operates in over 15 countries around the world. In 2023, LeadFirst IQ was born and evolved as the development channel for The Female Roundtable, specializing in leadership development, coaching, and high-performance habits for women.

With over twenty years of dedicated work with small business owners, Michelle understands that every small business owner starts at a different point. She wanted to ensure that a business owner with an idea could explore this passion with viable, trust-worthy services to help start, build, and grow a profitable business. In 2022, Her Idea Collective was formed. It is a dedicated community assisting women in transforming their ideas into thriving businesses. This program is available in 11 cities throughout the east coast helping women in business.

Michelle is a lifelong learner. She holds Graduate Certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University, an Executive Certification in Marketing from Stanford University, and Design Thinking Certifications from IDEOU. She earned her bachelor's degree from East Central University, with a major in business, marketing, and management. She is a frequent speaker at banking conferences supported by banking associations and the Federal Reserve.
